All charges received by Instant Mortgage LLC are for services rendered from a 3rd Party Appraisal Company.
If there was an order placed, then cancelled before any Services rendered, Instant Mortgage LLC. will initiate a refund request.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If services were rendered, there are NO REFUNDS.
